67NPC Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the 67NPC website, applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Yo Space LLC (“Yo Space LLC,” “67NPC,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing, browsing, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law. If you use the Service on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and keep your account information up to date.

2. Description of the Service

67NPC is an AI-powered conversational service that generates responses and other outputs based on user inputs, prompts, files, instructions, settings, and interactions.

The Service may include experimental, beta, moderated, automated, or model-driven features. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, misleading, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. You acknowledge that outputs are generated automatically and may not reflect the views of Yo Space LLC.

The Service is intended for general informational and entertainment purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. No Professional Advice

The Service does not provide legal, medical, psychiatric, accounting, tax, investment, compliance, emergency, or other professional advice. Any output should be independently reviewed by a qualified human professional before being relied upon in any personal, business, financial, medical, legal, regulatory, or safety-critical context.

You are solely responsible for how you use the Service and any decisions, actions, omissions, or consequences arising from your use of any output.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly at help@67npc.com if you suspect unauthorized access, misuse, or a security incident affecting your account.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to your account if we reasonably believe your account is compromised, used in violation of these Terms, used for fraud, used in a manner that creates legal or reputational risk, or used in a way that threatens the security, integrity, or availability of the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service, or permit others to use the Service, to:

violate any applicable law, regulation, court order, sanctions restriction, or third-party right;
engage in fraud, impersonation, deception, harassment, threats, abuse, defamation, or unlawful discrimination;
exploit minors or generate, request, store, distribute, or promote unlawful sexual or exploitative material;
develop, distribute, or facilitate malware, phishing, credential theft, unauthorized surveillance, spam, bot abuse, cyberattacks, or circumvention of security controls;
generate or distribute content intended to facilitate unlawful conduct, violence, terrorism, or evasion of law enforcement;
infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or data protection rights;
reverse engineer, scrape, copy, frame, mirror, benchmark, probe, or otherwise attempt to derive source code, weights, prompts, safety systems, hidden logic, or underlying components of the Service except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
interfere with or disrupt the Service, overload infrastructure, evade usage limits, or bypass rate limits, filters, account controls, or subscription restrictions;
use the Service to create a competing service based primarily on systematic extraction or replication of outputs, features, or workflows;
submit personal data, confidential data, trade secrets, regulated data, or sensitive content unless you have all rights and permissions necessary to do so and accept the related risks.

We may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend, remove, restrict, preserve, or disclose relevant information where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Service, users, third parties, or the Company, or to comply with law or legal process.

6. User Content and Inputs

You may submit prompts, text, files, data, instructions, feedback, and other materials to the Service (“Inputs”). The Service may generate responses, text, images, summaries, analyses, or other materials (“Outputs”).

You retain any rights you may have in your Inputs, subject to the rights you grant below. You are solely responsible for your Inputs, including their legality, reliability, accuracy, and appropriateness.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licenses, permissions, and legal bases necessary to submit your Inputs to the Service and to authorize us to process them in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

7. License to Operate the Service

You grant Yo Space LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, adapt, modify, analyze, and otherwise use your Inputs and related account data to the extent reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, enforce, improve, troubleshoot, and support the Service, to investigate misuse, and to comply with applicable law.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, improvement requests, ratings, or feature proposals, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or compensation.

8. Outputs; No Warranty of Accuracy or Uniqueness

Because the Service uses probabilistic and automated systems:

Outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, biased, stale, harmful, or inappropriate.
Outputs may not be unique and similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users.
The Service may generate content that is fictional, speculative, or factually wrong.
We do not review every output and do not endorse every output.

You must independently evaluate all Outputs before using, publishing, sharing, relying on, or acting on them.

9. Moderation and Enforcement

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor use of the Service, investigate violations, remove or disable content, restrict features, limit access, cancel subscriptions, or terminate accounts at any time if we believe, in our sole discretion, that such action is necessary to protect the Company, users, the public, infrastructure, compliance position, intellectual property, or legal interests.

We may do so with or without prior notice where permitted.

10. Paid Plans, Subscriptions, and Billing

Some parts of the Service may require payment. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees, taxes, and other charges presented to you at checkout.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors, including Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for recurring and non-recurring charges associated with your account.

Prices, plan features, usage limits, and included functionality may change from time to time. We may also introduce, modify, or remove plans, credits, quotas, or usage-based limits.

11. Auto-Renewal

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing cycle until canceled. You authorize automatic recurring charges using your selected payment method until you cancel.

It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and cancel before the next renewal date if you do not want to be charged for the next billing cycle.

12. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, billing area, or by contacting help@67npc.com where applicable.

If you cancel, your subscription will typically remain active until the end of the then-current paid billing period, after which it will not renew. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not retroactively cancel or reverse charges already incurred.

Deleting your account does not automatically entitle you to a refund of paid fees.

13. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final. All fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements for any reason, including but not limited to partial use, non-use, dissatisfaction, mistaken purchase, failure to cancel before renewal, account restriction due to breach of these Terms, feature changes, output quality concerns, or service interruption, except where a refund is required by mandatory non-waivable law.

For clarity:

no refunds are provided for unused subscription time;
no refunds are provided for partial billing periods;
no refunds are provided because you forgot to cancel before renewal;
no refunds are provided because the Service did not meet your subjective expectations;
no refunds are provided for moderation actions, suspensions, or restrictions caused by your violation of these Terms.

Any exception, if ever granted by the Company, is a one-time discretionary accommodation and does not create an obligation, precedent, waiver, or ongoing policy.

14. Free Trials, Promotional Access, and Credits

If we offer free trials, discounts, promotional pricing, credits, or beta access, we may modify or terminate such offers at any time. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may expire.

15. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, interface, branding, trademarks, design, selection, arrangement, functionality, and all related intellectual property rights, is owned by or licensed to Yo Space LLC and protected by applicable law.

Except for the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms, no right, title, or interest is transferred to you.

You may not copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted by us in writing.

16. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on or interoperate with third-party services, software, infrastructure, models, APIs, hosting providers, payment processors, analytics providers, and other tools.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, acts, omissions, security, legality, or policies of third-party services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

17. Availability; Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Service, or any feature, model, plan, integration, or content, will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may perform maintenance, deploy updates, change features, change limits, or alter outputs without liability.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, YO SPACE LLC DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUIET ENJOYMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE USEFUL, CORRECT, LAWFUL, OR FIT FOR YOUR NEEDS.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, VIRUS-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

19. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YO SPACE LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR ENHANCED DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, BUSINESS, OPPORTUNITIES, OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE, YOUR INPUTS, OUTPUTS, ACCOUNT, THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO YO SPACE LLC FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations. In those jurisdictions, some of the above limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.

20. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Yo Space LLC, its affiliates, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, demands, actions, investigations, proceedings, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

your use or misuse of the Service;
your Inputs;
your Outputs or your reliance on Outputs;
your breach of these Terms;
your violation of law or third-party rights;
your content, conduct, business activities, or downstream use of the Service.

21. Compliance, Investigations, and Disclosures

We may preserve, access, review, and disclose information associated with your use of the Service where we reasonably believe it is necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, government request, court order, or to protect the rights, property, safety, compliance posture, or legitimate interests of the Company, users, or third parties.

22. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, with or without notice, if:

you breach these Terms;
we suspect fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, unlawful conduct, or security risk;
required by law, court order, regulator, or payment processor;
your use creates risk, harm, or potential liability for the Company or others.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, but the sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations accrued before termination, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute-related provisions, intellectual property, and enforcement rights.

23. Governing Language and Interpretation

These Terms are written in English. If any translated version is provided, the English version controls in the event of inconsistency.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date. If you continue using the Service after the effective date of revised Terms, you agree to the revised Terms.
